Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 3195] Defendant C was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution on November 1, 2013 at the Incheon District Court Branch Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court for the acquisition of stolen goods, and the above judgment was the same month.

1. 2. Defendants B and C conspired, and around November 30, 2012, around December 8, 2012 of the same year, and around January 7, 2013, each of the Defendants acquired stolen goods by purchasing 60 cell phones, a stolen cell phone, even though they knew of the fact from those who were not killed in the name.
