A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a dump truck driver B, and the victim C(40 years old), D(30 years old) and E(40 years old) are public officials in public service who regulate vehicles subject to restriction on operation (overfluence) at the Daejeon Regional Land Management Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport at the F Office of the Daejeon Regional Land Management.

At around 16:00 on November 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) loaded 17 tons or more of the new intersection trucks in the 15 tons of the said 15 tons of soil on a dump truck; and (b) carried out under subparagraph 43 of the national highway on the 43th page of Pyeongtaek-si, the Defendant was discovered as an excessively doubtful vehicle from the above public officials, who used the vehicles for regulating restrictions on the operation of the Lone Star, which are owned by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, at the new intersection, at the 15 tons of the said 15 tons of the new intersection truck.

Although the victim C dump trucks are followed by the driver's operation by driving a dump truck with light light, and the victim D who gets on the dump dump dump dump, used microphones to provide a guidance broadcast to the effect that "a stop for over-control" was made several times, the defendant continued to flee without stopping.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and is on official duty for the victim.
