1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. In around 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement with the State-owned property from March 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010, with respect to the lease period for the land of 3,483 square meters (which was divided into B river 64 square meters and C river 3,419 square meters, respectively) and D river 1,459 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”).

(b) The one form (1,50kW x 2) of a power plant with a small number of power plants (1,500 km) in one form (400 km) in the multifunctional 1 (400 km) in 10,000 cubic meters of multifunctional river, an ecological river and river, the outline construction type of the project: One form of preferential construction;

B. Around 2009, the Defendant established an implementation plan for G projects (hereinafter “instant public projects”) with the following contents pursuant to Article 10(1) of the Korea Water Resources Corporation Act, and obtained approval from the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, and the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced it to H on November 16, 2009.
