A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 2016 to May 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated a mobile phone sales store in the name of “E” in the name of “E” from Ma-si to Ma-si; and (b) held the existing customers’ identification card files on a computer in the form of a picture to open and sell the mobile phone in his/her name.

For the purpose of uttering on February 19, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document and the instant investigation document: (a) on the model serial number column of “F”, “G”, “H” on the name of the subscriber’s address column, “I” on the subscription number column, “I” on the subscription number column, “I” on the charge number column, “I” on February 19, 2017; and (b) written “G” on the applicant/subscriber column, and signed on the name following that name; and (c) sent the name “G” to the employee in charge of Lbane Co., Ltd., Ltd.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without authority, forged an application for joining in G name, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised it by forging and using it in the same way from May 18, 2016 to May 26, 2017.

2. Around February 19, 2017, the Defendant sent an application for the purchase of false G from the above E as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) to a staff member in charge of the victim L-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
