Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of execution of official duties by the Seoul Western District Court for two years on August 12, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 16, 201 on the same day as the crime of occupational embezzlement, larceny, etc. by the Seoul Central District Court, which was sentenced to eight months, and thus the said suspension of execution becomes null and void. On August 12, 2011, the paroled on October 16, 201 during the execution of the sentence, and the paroled on August 16, 2011.

1. From August 3, 2014, the Defendant engaged in delivery and receipt of money at the F station operated by the victim E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
At around 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took delivery of the above Obaba, and embezzled the above money for personal use, such as living expenses, without returning the above device and Obaba; and (b) embezzled the money for personal use, such as the cost of living.
2. Larceny;
A. On August 29, 2014, at around 04:00 on August 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft in the I cartoons room located on the sixth floor of the H building in Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) by using the gaps in which the victim J was locked; and (c) committed a theft of Samsung Gallon Gallon of Samsung Gallon in an amount equivalent to KRW 4.60,000, the market value of the victim, which was located far away from the relevant floor
B. On September 10, 2014, the Defendant: around 08:15, 2014, at the lower house of the Defendant located in K in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (a) used the rest of the victim’s seat to walk rapidly, thereby causing the victim to walk rapidly; (b) entered the room of the second floor; and (c) used one LG G2 mobile phone at the market price of the victim owned by the victim.
C. On September 13, 2014, around 04:00 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant, at Nicsium located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, containing clothes, transportation cards, bankbooks, etc. owned by the victim O of the victim who was on his/her customer.
