A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on August 13, 2019;

A. A. At around 21:00 on August 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in front of the Victim C’s Spact Road B, which was parked on the road in front of the “YYA”; and (b) committed theft with a credit card owned by the victim (NHFFF) and a physical card (post office) located on the front line. (c) On August 13, 2019, the Defendant was issued a credit card of KRW 98,800 in total at the market price, alcoholic beverages, and pacta, etc. with the Defendant’s credit card of KRW 98,80 in total, as stated in paragraph (a) of Article 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards and acquired the property owned by the victim.

2. A crime on August 24, 2019;

A. On August 24, 2019, around 09:10, the Defendant opened a door in which the victim G was parked on the front road B, which was parked on the instant road, and opened a door in which the victim G’s horse was not fastened, and used one credit card (the new bank) owned by the victim in the instant World Cup.

B. On August 24, 2019, around 09:29:29, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented his employee the credit card in the name of G, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (2), to the Defendant as if he were the Defendant; (b) received a total of KRW 14,000 from the employee who believed to have been issued the credit card in the name of G; (c) around 09:31 on the same day, the Defendant received tobacco equivalent to the total market value of KRW 135,00 in the same way from “M” operated by the victim L of the victim of the damage in Chocheon-si; and (d) around the same day, around 09:4, the Defendant received tobacco and foodstuffs equivalent to the total market value of KRW 80,500 in the same way from “F operated by the victim E” in the same manner.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards and acquired the property owned by the victims.
