Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door of the victim E parked on the way in front of the “D” in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-do; (b) opened a vehicle door of the victim E, which was parked with the starting of the dong; and (c) stolen, with one S5 mobilephone, one modern credit card per one, and one credit card BC credit card per Daegu-gu bank, which is equivalent to approximately one million won at the market price owned by the victim.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;
A. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on June 27, 2017, committed the crime against the Victim F with the victim F; (b) around 14:30 on June 27, 2017, the Defendant offered the said credit card to an employee, citing that the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the Daegu Bank BC credit card, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), and used the stolen credit card. The Defendant received from the employee one more of the 89,000 cubic franchises worth the market price owned by the victim; and (c) used the stolen credit card.
B. On June 27, 2017, around 14:55, the Defendant: (a) presented the said credit card to an employee to the victim I on June 27, 2017; (b) around 14:55 on June 27, 2017, at K operated by the victim I, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I; (c) was committed as if he was a legitimate holder of the Daegu Bank BC credit card that he stolen, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (d) was issued from the employee one to the employee, one to carry out a stolen electric pressure maintenance and maintenance of the market price equivalent to KRW 290,00,000, and used the stolen credit card.

On June 27, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim L on June 15, 2017, around 15:15:15, and around June 27, 2017, the Defendant used a stolen credit card, upon presenting the said credit card to the employee as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the Daegu Bank BC credit card, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1). The Defendant was issued from the employee a 33,000 won amounting to the market price owned by the victim, and used the stolen credit card.
