1. The defendant is against the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party C:
(a)The attached Form m, c, d. out of the 227 cubic metres of the racing-si DJ 27 cubic metres.

Basic Facts
The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed C (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) received the bid for the public sale on November 5, 2018 and paid the remainder on November 16, 2018 after completing the registration of ownership transfer on the following occasions: (a) the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Selected Party C (hereinafter referred to as “the instant land”).
이 사건 토지상에는 현재 별지 현황도 표시 m, c, d, e, h, i, l, m의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (ㄱ) 부분 지상 브럭조 스레트지붕 단층 주택 72㎥, 같은 현황도 표시 l, i, j, k, l의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (ㄴ) 부분 경량철골조 판넬지붕 단층 처마 16㎥, 같은 현황도 표시 e, f, g, h, e의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (ㄷ) 부분 샷시조 스레트지붕 단층 현관 등 6㎥, 같은 현황도 표시 a, b, c, m, a의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (ㄹ) 부분 브럭조 스레트지붕 단층 3㎥(이하 통틀어 ‘이 사건 건물’이라 한다)이 존재하고, 피고는 이 사건 건물에 대한 법률상 또는 사실상 처분권한을 가진 자로서 이 사건 토지 전체를 이 사건 건물에 필요한 대지로 사용하고 있다.

In addition, the defendant, while holding the right to dispose of the building of this case legally or in fact on the land of this case, obtained the profit of use equivalent to the rent from the land of this case, and incurred damages equivalent to the same amount to the plaintiffs, the defendant's ownership is owned.
