Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a marine worker of the company B, a subordinate company of the Hyundai Automobile Industry Complex, and is a member of the Korean Metal Trade Union under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “MMMMMM”).

The metal labor union(C) submitted a report to the competent police station on May 12, 13, 198 on the following: (a) from May 15, 15:00 to 19:00, total of 3,000 persons, including 3,00 persons from the expansion of metal labor union, 600 non-regular workers, and 2,100 persons from the front of citizens' forests located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-dong, and 3,000 persons, such as 3,00 persons from the expansion of metal labor union, and 2,100 persons from the front of the citizens' forests located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-dong.

Nevertheless, on May 15, 2013, from around 16:40 to around 19:00, the Defendant occupied a vehicle regardless of the report of assembly, by holding approximately 2,500 participants in the above assembly, moving a two-way lane of the head office adjacent to the head office of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Hyundai Motor Vehicle in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and continuously occupying the four-way lane prior to the present main situation together with the participants in the above assembly while continuously occupying the four-way lane prior to the present main situation.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
