A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2015, at around 17:35, the Defendant driven a car in the column B without obtaining a driver's license from around 1 1 km section from the front of the lux apartment road in the Chungcheong-si Culture Complex to the front of the local center in the Chungcheong-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
