A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 20:50 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant driven a car in the column B without obtaining a driver's license from a section of about 100 meters from the front of the cafeteria's 100-meter to the front of the clothing store.
