A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around May 5, 2013: (a) around 23:45 to May 6, 2013, the Defendant driven a Cropian car from about 2 km to the front road of the funeral hall of the Cheongju Medical Center (Gu) in the Chungcheongnam-si Culturedong, while under the influence of alcohol from around 00:12 to around 0:12 on May 6, 2013.
2. On May 5, 2013, around 23:50, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Crdler vehicle.
