1. As to KRW 200,000,000 among the Plaintiff and its KRW 100,000,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000 from June 9, 2018, and KRW 100,000.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 11, 201, D concluded an insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The network D entered into a special agreement for non-dividend disaster death (200,000,000) as an additional contract of the insurance contract of this case, and the major terms and conditions are as follows.

Article 12 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall pay the insurance money for death of a disaster agreed in the Schedule of Insurance Money Payment (See attached Table 1) to the beneficiary (person receiving the insurance money) if the insured (person subject to insurance) has died directly due to a disaster (hereinafter referred to as the "disaster") set forth in the Schedule of Disaster Classification (See attached Table 2) during the insurance period of this Special Agreement.

Article 14 (Insurance Accidents for which No Insurance Money is Paid) A company shall not prevent insurance proceeds or exempt the payment of insurance premiums when any cause for the payment of insurance proceeds occurs according to any of the following cases:

1. Where the insured (person to be insured) intentionally damages himself/herself: Provided, That the same shall not apply to any of the following cases:

Where the insured (person subject to insurance) has impaired himself/herself in the state of being unable to make a free decision due to mental disorder, etc.

(b) If the insured (person insured) is unable to make a free decision due to a mental disorder, etc. and results in the death of him/her, he/she shall be paid the insurance proceeds for death of disaster.

Article 17 (Documents Required for Filing Claims, such as Insurance Money) (1) A beneficiary of insurance (person who receives insurance proceeds) or a contractor shall submit the following documents and claim the exemption from the payment of insurance money, refund for termination or insurance premium:

1. A written request;

2. Accident certificate (Death certificate, disability diagnosis certificate, etc.);

3. Identification cards issued by government agencies with photographs, such as resident registration certificates or driver's licenses, and persons other than the principal.
