1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant KIB Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SIB Life Insurance”)

(B) The insured Party B entered into an insurance contract with its mother-friendly B with the following contents as the insured.
