A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall transmit advertising information about goods or services prohibited by Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Network Utilization and Communications Network Utilization and Information, and no one may advertise credit business or loan brokerage business, other than credit service providers, credit financial institutions, or loan brokerage companies.

Nevertheless, from December 28, 2013 to January 7, 2014, the Defendant, without the registration of credit business from Busan Jin-gu B, Busan (204) to 204, transmitted without the consent of the recipient notice of advertising related to the loan by using 56 communications lines opened in the name of the Defendant, and the facsimile numbers taken over by the computer and the former business operator installed in the location.
