1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

1. No one, other than Defendant A's sole-principal credit service provider or credit financial institution, may place an advertisement for credit business, and no one may transmit advertising information for goods or services prohibited by any other Act through an information and communications network;

Although the Defendant is not a credit service provider or a credit financial institution, the Defendant had the intent to transmit advertising information about credit business through an information and communications network.
