Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2009, the Defendant: (a) around October 2009, concluded a contract with the owner of the land at his own discretion, with the knowledge that there was a need to enter into a lease agreement with the owner of the land at his own discretion; (b) around that time, the Defendant was willing to cultivate the ginseng on the said land; and (c) had been aware that there was a need to enter into a lease agreement with the owner of the land at the time of the said land at the time.

1. On December 23, 2009, the Defendant forged a private document with a mix "Contract, Address: Hongcheon-gun I, J,K, and the name of the lessor: F, address: Gangwon L, lessee: From 2009 to 2015; F: F, with a statement "F, from the Defendant's office located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun H, the Defendant was in possession of the document in advance following F's name."

F Official sealed the name of F.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged F’s private document, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the right to submit it to the Gangwon Ginseng Agricultural Cooperative.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On December 23, 2009, the Defendant submitted a forged contract to an employee, who is not aware of the forgery at the office of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-do, the Defendant held it as if it had been duly formed, as provided in paragraph (1).

B. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) submitted a written response to the lawsuit for the claim for the agreed amount as stipulated in Article 6357, which was filed by F against the Defendant by the civil petition office of the Chuncheon District Court, at 284, around 18, 2016, by a defense counsel; and (b) submitted a forged contract to the name-oriented employee, who is aware of the forgery, as stated in paragraph (1), as if the contract was duly concluded.
