A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00 and by a fine of KRW 7,00,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants conspired to operate a commercial entertainment business place of the trade name “D” on a lease Nos. 1710, 805, and 1803 of the building of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and arranged commercial sex acts by having the said business place receive KRW 130,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts from E, a customer E, who had found the said business place on March 13, 2014, and let F (Ga name G), a female employee, take the sex of the said customer on his/her hand and scam, etc.

2. The Defendants conspired on March 13, 2014, stated “17:45 in the indictment” as “17:45 in the indictment,” but this appears to be “21:45 in the clerical error of “21:45 in the indictment,” and there is no risk of causing substantial disadvantages to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense, so the indictment shall be corrected ex officio and recognized.

In order to arrange commercial sex acts by receiving 130,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts from H, a customer who has found the above business place, and by allowing I (one person J) as female employees to engage in commercial sex acts.

3. On March 13, 2014, the Defendants conspired and arranged sexual traffic by having K, a customer who had found the said establishment, receive KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic from K, and let I, a female employee, engage in sexual intercourse, and arrange sexual traffic.

4. On March 13, 2014, the Defendants conspired and arranged sexual traffic by having the F (a female employee G) receive 1.30,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from L, a guest who had found the said business at around 23:20 on March 13, 2014.
