1. The Defendants A and B operated the similarity trading establishments of “F” on the lease Nos. 415, 512, and 702 of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Etel, and Defendant A had been unemployed by investing the lease deposit, etc. of the said establishment and prohibiting the profit of the said establishment. Defendant B was willing to receive monthly wage of KRW 2 million and to manage the said establishment by employing female employees and guiding customers.
At around 20:30 on June 18, 2014, the Defendants conspired to do the act of similarity, such as having a female employee C (Ga name H) take the sexual organ of the customer by hand, and have the customer do the act of similarity, and around 20:30 on June 18, 2014, the Defendants: (a) received 100,000 won of the sexual organ of the customer, and (b) had J (Ga name K) receive 100,000 won of the sexual organ of the customer, and (c) had the female employee receive 100,000 won of the sexual organ of the customer.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic more than twice.
2. On June 18, 2014, Defendant C engaged in commercial sex acts by finding out the similarity of the above “F” at a similar trading business place, and receiving the price of commercial sex acts from G, a customer, and having the said customer take a scam in his/her hand and scam the sexual organ of the said customer, thereby engaging in commercial sex acts.
The Defendant A operated an officetel sexual traffic business establishment in the name of “F” under the lease Nos. 415, 512, and 702 of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Etel No. 415, 512, and 702. The Defendant A, who employed L, had the above promotional site guide the above promotional site to the above officetel room where women are waiting for sexual traffic.
The defendant against the above L on July 21, 2014 is around 17:30.
