Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Special Rape, etc.), night-time intrusion, larceny, special larceny, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 24, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Night theft;
A. On July 8, 2015, from around 03:30 to 04:00, the Defendant intruded into a small room through the window of the victim C in Gwangjin-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and 202, before the house of the victim D, and stolen it with a copy of 49,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, and a copy of 49,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, and a lottery moto in the market price, from around July 8, 2015.
B. On July 8, 2015, between 03:30 and 04:00, the Defendant intruded into the living room through the bera window located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and 201 E, and then stolen KRW 26,00 from the home of the victim’s name in cash, who is the wife of E, and was located there.
2. An attempted larceny at night;
A. On July 8, 2015, between 03:30 on July 8, 2015 and 04:00, the Defendant invaded into the house through the toilet window opened in front of the house of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu F and the first floor victim G, and colors the object to be stolen, but the Defendant did not find the object to be stolen in the situation where the victim is self-employed, and did not escape from the toilet window and did so.
