Punishment of the crime

[Majority-related relationship] On December 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on September 29, 2017 and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on October 26, 2017.

[Criminal facts] On February 2018, the Defendant committed a theft of property by entering another person’s building to raise living expenses due to the lack of a certain occupation, income, or dwelling place.
