A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to one year of imprisonment for an attempted special larceny, and completed the execution of the said punishment on July 20, 2012.

1. On April 29, 2013, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a FSS5 car at the victim E-owned market value equivalent to KRW 1,184,00,00, which was stopped on the road along the flap road located in C at a leisure time; and (b) driven a vehicle after getting up the vehicle and driving it on the vehicle.

2. Around 03:00 on March 30, 2013, the Defendant entered a house with the victim H’s residence located in G, and intruded into the house through the kitchen, which is the victim’s house located in G, and then cut off by driving one set of the above car with the victim’s net blick at the market price of KRW 2,00,000 (one match) and one set of the car with the victim’s own market price of KRW 600,000,000, which was parked in front of the capital.

4. On March 30, 2013, around 04:18, the Defendant: (a) intruded into L Apartment, 101, 108, and 108, which is the victim’s residence of Ma, and attempted to steals property; and (b) went away from the victim, who was son at the inner bed, and who was son, but was frighter at the bed of mato; and (c) attempted to commit an attempted crime.

5. On March 30, 2013, at around 05:00, the Defendant intruded into the victim'sO located in N in Net City, and Q apartment, the residence of P, 105, and 103, and 10,000,000 won of the market price of the victim's O located in the inside bank, which was a cash of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000 won in the living room.
