1. For the plaintiffs:

A. Defendant C and F Co., Ltd. shall be attached to the land listed in Section 1 of Annex 1’s Schedule of Real Estate.

Facts of recognition

On December 11, 2015, the Plaintiffs acquired the ownership of 1/2 shares after receiving a successful bid for each real estate listed in attached Table 1 as an auction for a real estate deposit.

On the ground of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table 1 of the Real Estate List (hereinafter “instant land”) there is a building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 1 of the Real Estate List (hereinafter “instant building”) and on the ground of the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table 1 of the Real Estate List (hereinafter “instant land”) there is a building listed in paragraph (4) of the attached Table 1 of the Real Estate List (hereinafter “instant building 4”).

The building No. 2 of this case is one building with the first floor, and is owned by Defendant C and Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant F”) from before the acquisition of the Plaintiffs’ ownership until before it reaches the point of 198 square meters in the section warehouse in the ship connecting each point of attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

The fourth building of this case consists of a building with the second floor, a warehouse building with the first floor, and an accessory building with the first floor.
