1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of each parcel of land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and the Defendant is the owner of each parcel of land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 and No. 4 of the separate sheet No. 3.
B. The Defendant constructed vain and owns septic tanks and sewage pipes on each land listed in attached Forms 1 and 4 of the separate sheet No. 3, and installed purification tanks. The above vain connects each point of (i) part 7 square meters in the annexed sheet No. 2, 26, 27, 10, and 1 in sequence among the land listed in attached Table 1, attached Table 1, and (ii) part 10, 27, 28, 29, and 10 in the annexed sheet No. 2, among the land listed in attached Table No. 1, attached Table 2, part 2, 31, 32, 34, 35, and 31 in sequence among the land listed in attached Table No. 1, attached Table No. 2, and the above purification section 37,37,37,47,37, and 31 are connected to each other.

2. Determination on the main claim
A. According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant removed, as the owner of each land listed in the separate sheet, each of the items listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 26, 27, 10, and 1 among the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of the annexed sheet No. 1, the Defendant removed each of the items listed in the annexed sheet No. 31, 27, 28, 29, 10 among the land listed in the annexed sheet No. 2 of the annexed sheet No. 1, the building without permission (i) part of the 7m2 square meters m2 in the ship, and the land listed in the annexed sheet No. 1 of the annexed sheet No. 2 of the annexed sheet No. 1, connected to the Plaintiff, who is the owner of each land, in sequence, each of which is 2m2, 32, 34, 374, 37, 35, 37, 37.
