A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 12:00, at the front of the house of the victim D (Woo, 62 years of age) located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) was parked in the front of the victim’s husband E’s cargo vehicle; and (c) was found from the above E, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I see that I would see why I would like to see why I would like to see why I would like to see, “I would like to get off and get off the other”; and (d) from the victim who was in the above E, I would like to see the victim’s shoulder and back head, “I would like to see the victim’s right shoulder, and sat the victim’s escape, and sat the victim’s fright.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of their duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes, and at the same time injured the victims.
