A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2016, the Defendant was a customer who was in the city of Busan on November 27, 2016 and could not return home.

The police officer F, who is a public official belonging to the police station E District Police Station in Busan, who was called out after the 112 report (the new 3055) to the effect that he is not in charge of the married person, and G, who was called out, was killed by several police officers in H Section 1 without any reason.
