A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 9, 2016, at around 01:15, the Defendant was driving in the Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, where the victim C (the remaining and the age of 64) was aboard the D taxi and was driving in the first apartment in the same Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 2016, for the purpose of getting in the D taxi and getting in the D taxi, and without any justifiable reason, expressed the victim’s desire to “Chewing e.g., sp. mae. . .
