Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was an employee in charge of the quality control division of C Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “C”) established for the purpose of manufacturing industrial voltages, etc. from September 2007 to September 2008.
In around 206, the Defendant, upon receipt of a request to issue a certificate of inspection along with the request for the purchase of the product, was voluntarily revised in accordance with the purchase specifications, and the sales proceeds were acquired by submitting the said certificate as if it were normally issued. The Defendant had concluded a purchase contract with respect to the nuclear power plants shut down at the construction site of 1, 2, and 1, and 2, which were operated by the Korea Water Power and Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Water Power and Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.”) to the Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Ltd., which entered into a purchase contract with the Korea Water and Power Plant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Water Source”).
1. Around June 11, 2008, the Defendant altered a private document in the name of the E Co., Ltd. by inserting the contents of “H” in the name of “G” on the entry of “G” in the name column of the quality team leader of the E Co., Ltd., without authority, for the purpose of exercising at the office (ju) office located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan. In addition, the Defendant altered the certificate of inspection under the name of E Co., Ltd. by inserting the contents of “H,” which was printed out by using a flag on the entry of “G” on the entry of the name column of the E Co., Ltd. without authority, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
2. On June 11, 2008, the Defendant issued a false inspection certificate, such as in the preceding paragraph, to the employees of the Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., who may know of the fact, at the reported interest and nuclear power plant located in the Goan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun.
