1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,757,80,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 200,000,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be from June 18, 2014, and KRW 1,57,800.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of analyzing the feasibility of the construction project and basic plans, urban and complex plans, construction design, etc., and the Defendant is an association established for the purpose of implementing a housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement project”) at the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Day.

B. The Plaintiff and the instant promotion committee entered into a design service contract between the Plaintiff and the instant promotion committee 1) B housing redevelopment and promotion committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”).

On November 3, 2006, the Plaintiff publicly announced the selection of the designer of the instant rearrangement project and passed a resolution to select the Plaintiff as the designer of the instant rearrangement project by holding an extraordinary general meeting on November 25, 2006. (2) On February 2, 2007, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Company F (hereinafter “F”) entered into a design service contract for the instant rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant 1 service contract”) with the instant promotion committee, and the main contents are as follows.

(B) Under the following contract, “A” and “B” refer to the Plaintiff and F. Article 3 (Scope of Services) (1) B perform the following duties concerning the Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project implemented by A:

1. Preparation of design documents necessary for formulating a project plan and applying for designating a rearrangement zone;

2. Consultation on and support for technical matters concerning formulation of a rearrangement plan and designation of a rearrangement zone;

3. Assistance in the deliberation of the Urban Building Joint Committee for the designation of a rearrangement zone; 10. Preparation of design documents necessary for an application for an authorization for project implementation; 13. Preparation of project implementation plans for the areas of construction, structure, electricity, facilities, soil mounds, civil engineering, landscaping, and landscape view; 14. Preparation of design documents for the areas of landscaping; 15. Preparation of specifications and various statements of calculation of volume for reporting the commencement of construction; 18. Consultation on design changes and preparation of modified design documents; 19. Preparation of completion documents;
