Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2018, the Defendant asserted that the Defendant lost the scarf in the instant singing practice room in the “D K-based singing practice room” operated by the victim B (the age of 57) of the victim C and the second floor (the age of 20:00), and demanded the victim to compensate for the scarf amount. The Defendant reported the scarf amount to the said singing practice room “I still carry out a funeral service even if he reported the scarf amount to the said singing practice room,” and the Defendant again received KRW 90,000 for the scarf amount, by threatening the victim, as if he reported the scarf amount.

2. The Defendant, from May 2018 to the victim E, had been on credit from the victim E (n, 58 years old) operated from May 2018 to the victim E (n, 58 years old) to the victim’s “G singing practice room,” with a total of three times times, and had the victim bear an obligation to pay credit amounting to KRW 840,00,000.

On August 5, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant reported to the victim on August 5, 2018, that “G K K K K K KKK’s demand for the repayment of the above credit payment amount, and, on the other hand, reported to the victim on “whether it is possible to perform funeral services if it is known that it is a woman-dominated and sold it.” On the other hand, the Defendant led the victim to threaten the victim to dispatch the police officer to the site by means of threatening the victim to dispatch the police officer to the site, and led the victim to neglect the demand for the payment of the above credit payment amount.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by threatening the victim as above, exempted the payment of credit payment amounting to KRW 840,000, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
