A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2014 Gohap181,” as a taxi engineer, has reported that the Defendant was engaged in illegal business over several times from January 2013 to September 3, 2013, including “E” singing practice room operated by the victim D, who was in the Seoul Northern-gu C underground.

1. Crimes of extortion in 2013;

A. On January 31, 2013, the Defendant, “Around January 31, 2013, the Defendant, at G restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, placed the victim D (Inn, 47 years of age), who operates the said “E” singing, “I would not report the illegal business to the police and prevent the funeral.”

As such, the Defendant got 1.3 million won in cash from the victim who frightened the victim.

B. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) found in the “J” singing room operated by the Victim I (Age 48) in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) ordered the Defendant to receive the victim a female singularly from the victim; and (c) ordered the Defendant to do so.

Accordingly, the victim, who was aware of the fact that the defendant returned to his nearby singing, etc. and did not take part in the matter requested by him, brought the victim hotly as if he did not make a report according to his request, such as the victim and the victim, at the request of the defendant, "not to make a subsequent report."

The Defendant, as such, got the victim to attack and pay the amount equivalent to 60,000 won of the singing room from the drinking victim, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

C. At around 08:00 on August 2, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s friendship K with the victim’s friendship at the “E” singing room operated by the said victim D, and was indicted on September 27, 2013. On October 15, 2013, the Defendant was urged to receive a summary order of KRW 1,00,000, by threatening the victim, and by threatening the victim.

In December 2013, the Defendant found in the above "E" sing the victim "E" singing, and the victim has been sentenced to a fine of one million won for the day the incident ended.
