Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:0, 2014, put the victim into hot water by threatening “D singing practice room” operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, by threatening the victim, such as “the victim shall report to the Defendant 5,000 won of the liquor tax and the safe police of the Republic of Korea.”

Although the Defendant intended to receive money by threatening the victim, the Defendant refused to do so and did not intend to receive money.

2. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place on September 20, 2014, assaulted the victim by threatening the victim, such as “before reporting to the police the liquor tax of KRW 5,000,000,” and “before reporting to the police.”

Although the Defendant intended to receive money by threatening the victim, the Defendant refused to do so and did not intend to receive money.

3. At around 20:00 on September 24, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place, abused the victim by intimidation, such as “I will report to the police, will leave the 5,000 won in the face of 5,000 won.”

The Defendant got 5,00 won in cash from the victim who frightened the victim and received 5,00 won in cash.

4. At around 20:00 on September 30, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place, by threatening the said victim to the effect that “I will immediately leave the police as soon as possible before reporting to the police, and will leave the 5,000 won.”

As such, the Defendant got 5,00 won in cash from the victim who frightened the victim and frightened the victim.

5. At around 20:00 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place, threatened the said victim by threatening the victim, such as “I will leave 5,000 won in the face of 5,000 won, and will report to the police at the inside of the inside of the country.”

As such, the Defendant got 5,00 won in cash from the victim who frightened the victim and frightened the victim.

6. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant continued to say that the said victim did not have the victim by stating “5,000 won liquor tax” at the same place.
