A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a C low-priced car.

On April 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.175% of the blood alcohol concentration around 23:30 on April 5, 2015, and led the two-lane road below the mother-to-land, which is located at the Osan-si, Osan-si, in the Osan-si.
