On June 14, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a bro-car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.087% from the 1 Km section of approximately 1 Km to the front road of the Dolsan-si, Silsan-si, Silsan-si, Silsan-si.
