A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B rocketing and other automobiles;

Around 21:40 on January 17, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.118% from the 500-meter section to the place where the accident described in paragraph (1) is located on the road front of the main station where it is impossible to identify the name located in the Donsan-si Modern-dong.
