Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment by the Seoul Western District Court due to interference with business affairs, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on February 10, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant committed assault, around December 16, 2016, around 00:55, at the frontway of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant took a bath to the victim D (57 aged) who passed along the paths without any justifiable reason, and committed assault, such as taking the victim’s mouths one time, walking the victim’s mouths twice, walking the bucks twice, and drinking the chests twice.

2. On December 18, 2016, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) around 757 Western Police Station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, for the unification of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and around 757 Western Police Station; (b) the victim E of the police station affiliated with the said police station, who is working in the presence of a number of persons, was killed in the Defendant’s flasium, flachi, p.m.

The victim openly insultingd the victim, referring to as “I am off his clothes.”

3. The Defendant of intimidation: (a) around December 20, 2016, at around 01:30, the victim H (V, 57 years of age) who works in G from Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around December 20, 2016 closed and leaves the door, and (b) the Defendant would not have a victim and “G B”.

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.

4. 업무 방해 피고인은 2016. 12. 20. 09:45 경 서울 은평구 I 앞 도로에서, 신호 대기로 정차 중인 피해자 J(56 세) 가 운전하는 서부 운수 7719번 시내버스 앞문을 손으로 쾅쾅 두드려 피해자가 버스 앞문을 열어 주자 요금을 내지 않고 승차하면서 피해자에게 “ 야 씨 발 새끼야, K에서 나를 모르면 간첩이다, 지금 L 식당을 정리하고 오는 길이다, 좆같은 새끼 ”라고 욕을 하며 소란을 피우고, 버스에서 내린 후 버스 앞으로 가서 들고 있던 비닐봉지와 모자를 벗어 던지며 버스 앞을 가로막고 피해자에게 “ 씨 발 놈, 개새끼 ”라고 욕설을 하는 등 약 20 분간 소란을 피워 위력으로써 피해 자의 버스 운전 업무를 방해한 것을 비롯하여 2016. 12. 16. 경부터 같은 달 20...
