The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On September 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 05:50 on September 21, 2016, at around C convenience stores located in the window B of Changwon-si, the summary of the facts charged is as follows: (b) the Defendant: (c) the private victim E (39 years of age) belonging to the Changwon-gu Police Station D District District; and (d) the private victim E (39 years of age) of the Changwon-gu Police Station; and (c) the Defendant: (d) the Defendant filed a complaint with respect to the crackdown of the F, which is one of

“Ping Chewing fluor,” and fluor of a fluor of a fluor of a bitch;

C. The expression “C.” publicly insulting the victim.

2. The instant public prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Articles 311 and 312(1) of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the victim revoked the accusation on November 30, 2016.
