A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

A seized knife (25 cm) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2014, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on August 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. 3.
