Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a foreigner of Pakistanan nationality, entry into a short-term visit of sojourn status (C-3-1) on January 15, 2016, and alteration into the status of stay due to refugee application and other (G-1-5) on February 11, 2016, and is effective until June 4, 2016. Defendant B is a foreigner of Pakistanan nationality, and entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit of sojourn status (C-3-1) on January 25, 2016, and converted into the status of stay due to refugee application on March 4, 2016 and valid until June 2, 2016.
Based on the above, the Defendants requested the preparation of relevant documents, such as a letter of invitation to the name of the company of the Republic of Korea and a letter of guarantee of identity of the falsified person, etc., the Defendants, who had been employed in the Republic of Korea, had been pretended to have been invited for the purpose of business-related business, were issued a visa, and had been able to enter the Republic of Korea for job-seeking activities.
1. Defendant A
A. On December 2015, the Defendant forged a private document without authority to issue a passport and a photograph of evidence to the applicant of his/her name in the UAE (UE) in the UAE at a non-place located in the UAE on the date of December 2015 and request the applicant to create a visa capable of entering the Republic of Korea, and to exercise his/her name brogate, “the invitation letter” as the title “(s),” the personal information column of the person invited, and the Defendant’s personal information in the column(s) and address column(s) shall be stated in the column(s) and address column(s) “F”, “G”, the name of the representative “G” and “D”, and the name and address of the applicant(s) in the column(s) and the column(s) of “BG”, the name and address of the guarantor(s) in the column(s) and the column(s) of “BG”, the name and address of the applicant(s) in the column(s) and the column(s).
