A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person with the nationality of Pakistan, who enters into a short-term visit of stay status (C-3-1) on December 25, 2015, and converted into a status of stay and other (G-1-5) expenses due to an application for refugee status on March 14, 2016, and is a person with limited stay until September 14, 2016.

On the basis of the request to prepare related documents, such as a letter of invitation to the name of the company of the Republic of Korea and a letter of fidelity guarantee, the Defendant, who received money from a person with no name in fact, had been able to obtain a visa and enter the Republic of Korea for job-seeking activities after having received a visa as if he had been invited for business-related business purposes.

1. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated the Defendant’s personal information in the column of the first page of the head of the English Republic of Korea; (b) indicated the Defendant’s personal information in the column of the invitation column, and affixed the seal seal of D in advance, and affixed the seal of D in the column of the guarantor; (c) indicated the Defendant’s personal information in the column of the guarantor’s name “D”, passport number or corporate registration number in the column of the guarantor’s name; and (d) indicated in the column of the guarantor’s name “F”, “F, and address Do Do 104”, and each column of the guarantor’s personal information in the column of the guarantor’s name; and (d) indicated in the column of the guarantor’s name “D”, passport number or corporate registration number in the column of “F”, and the column of the guarantee period in advance by 30/100,000,000 in the column of the 15/210,000.”

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name-free winners, forged the invitation letter and the fidelity guarantee letter related to rights and duties without authority for the purpose of exercising them.
