A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person of Pakistan nationality who enters a short-term visit of stay status (C-3-1) on June 13, 2016 and changed to the status of stay due to refugee application on September 5, 2016 and other status of stay (G-1-5) and is effective until June 11, 2017.

The Defendant: (a) provided money and valuables to the Skyshot Broker called “C” and requested the preparation of relevant documents, such as a letter of invitation to the name of the company of the Republic of Korea and a letter of guarantee of identity; (b) provided employment in the Republic of Korea on the basis thereof; (c) provided that the Defendant was invited for business-related business purposes; (d) received a visa from the Republic of Korea to enter the Republic of Korea;

On February 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) requested the Defendant to make a visa available to “C” to bring a false visa to the Republic of Korea at a non-place of Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “C”); and (b) issued the Defendant’s passport and a photograph verifying evidence.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the above "C", without authority, state the personal information of the person invited to be invited under the title of "the invitation letter", and state the personal information of the defendant in the item of "D Co., Ltd.", "E" in the corporate registration number column, "F in the address column," and "G" in the representative column.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with the above "C" and a letter of invitation in the name of D Co., Ltd. and G identity guarantee for the purpose of exercising rights and duties without authority.
