A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2019, around 16:40 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant entered the victim’s name in front of B apartment Cdong 8 and 9 (Ra) in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for a performance and obscenity, entered the victim’s name and unfortunateed box in order to engage in a performance and obscenity, and went out to the victim D (one’s name, two-eight years old) by continuously exposing out of and exposing panty and exposing pantyty, and continuously exposing out the victim’s name and unfortunateed person from the stairs between five and six floors.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the victims' residence and openly commits obscene acts.

2. On July 18, 2019, around 13:56 on July 18, 2019, the Defendant, entering a residence, entered into the front of the E apartment Fdong in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and entered into the public door to engage in obscenity.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the residence of the victim, who is the resident of the above apartment.

3. On July 18, 2019, around July 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (hereinafter “Child’s sexual harassment, etc.”) by entering into the official door in accordance with the victim I (a) for sexual abuse in front of the 3, 4, and Ra of the G Apartment-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on July 18, 2019. In order to commit sexual abuse, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim I (a) into the official door; (b) opened the victim I; and (c) was exposed to the victim’s 10th corridor and the panty panty.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and abused sexual harassment that causes sexual humiliation to the victim as a child.

4. On July 19, 2019, around 13:46, 2019, the Defendant was living in and obscenity in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on July 19, 2019, and entered into the public door to engage in a performance and obscenity, and the Defendant was sexually fluord by her hand at the victim J (a person, fluor, h, and 9 years old)’s home at the 3rd floor of the same day, and her sexual organ was cut off by her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence and openly commits obscene acts.
