1. On December 16, 2019, from around 08:00 to 16:17, the Defendant: (a) opened a kitchen window in front of the house of the victim C in Gyeonggi-si B; (b) opened the kitchen window in front of the house of the victim C; and (c) intruded the victim’s residence.
