Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2010, the Defendant, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle driver on or around 23:50 on October 7, 2010, drive a motorcycle on or around 125:0 p.m. without a license for a motorcycle driver on or around 5 kilometers from the company bank located in the Busan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong to the company bank located in the Dong-dong, Busan-dong

2. As stated in the above paragraph 1, the name and resident registration number of the pro-Japanese, which was being sent out in advance for the purpose of hiding the fact of fine and taking times by the driver of the Busan East Police Station Police Station B of the traffic safety department, while driving under the influence of alcohol while driving, shall be the name and resident registration number of another person as his own, and shall be used unlawfully

A police officer B, who is not aware of the fact that C obtained a resident registration number illegally used in the manner described in the above paragraph (2) of the same Article, entered C’s personal information in the voluntary movement report, signed by the Defendant on his voluntary action document, and forged C’s voluntary action document, which is a private document for C’s certification of facts;

4. As stated in the above paragraph (3), the intent of voluntary action forged was presented to the above B to exercise it.
