If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2014, around 23:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 50 meters of alcohol content 0.054% of blood alcohol content around the 1002-2 Pestur road of the same 1002-2 Purter in the vicinity of the Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu.
