Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2016, the Defendant, at around 17:30, driven a B-wing van without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the C-Sgoian Company, which is a good staff member of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si to the front side of the Sinsan-dong 258 Sinsan-dong 250 meters away from the front side of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
