Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:10 on February 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-hurged car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.176% in the section of about 5km from the front day of the SKKKK Kanju Oil Station located in Goyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 948 to the front day of the light village 9-hurg.
