Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was an employee at the Ddab operated by the victim C in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si.

On September 14, 2019, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would have greatly done an act of one million won in advance at the Dda on the face of the owner.”

However, even if the defendant receives one million won advance payment from the victim, he did not have the ability to pay the advance payment or will to work in the above Dda.

Accordingly, on September 14, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the victim via the Agricultural Cooperative (Account Number H) account in G name.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
