A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 201, the Defendant against the victim C filed a false report on job offer advertisements to seek an employee in Eda operated by the victim C in Jinju-si on December 19, 201, the Defendant reported that “I would give the victim a great amount of 1.5 million won advance payment to a multiple employee.”

However, even if the defendant receives the advance payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 150,000 won in cash from the victim’s seat in advance, and received 90,000 won in cash from the passbook under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received 300,000 won in cash from the Defendant’s passbook around December 20, 201, and received 150,000 won in cash from the Defendant’s passbook on December 21, 201.

2. Around December 23, 2011, the criminal defendant against the victim F reported job offer advertisements to the H main points operated by the victim F in J in J in J in J in J, and found the victim as an employee from December 26, 201, when finding the victim “on the pretext of advance payment, the victim will work as an employee from December 26, 201.”

However, even if the defendant received the advance payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee.

3. On February 13, 2012, the Defendant against the victim I stated, “Ack-si laps, a prepaid amount may be reduced, 1 million won may be high,” and on February 14, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Ack-si laps should be found” to the victim by telephone, “Ack-si laps and 350,000 won may be changed to the head of Tong.”

However, even if the defendant receives the advance payment from the victim, he/she shall work as an employee.
