Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2016, from around 17:02 to around 17:10, the Defendant d (35 years of age) with the victim D (35) in Suwon-si C for about eight minutes, was an employee; he was under the influence of alcohol; and the victim “in order to play a game, the victim would pay in advance and change the inside and leaving the game” on the floor on the ground that he spits spits, spits, and spits the victim’s head with a large voice called “sat, sat, sat, sat, satch, satch.” Before the customers, he sats the victim’s head by sating his fat, sating the head on the pole, sating the victim’s back part of the victim’s head.

2. On June 27, 2016, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 17:12 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim by stating that “The Defendant, upon receiving an order to dispatch a report from 112, the Defendant sent him/her to G, who is requested to present an identification card from the police officer affiliated with the F District Unit of the Suwon-gu Police Station F District of the Suwon District Police Station, and the visitors who used to run the same place, he/she would be able to protect him/her.”

3. On June 27, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties concerning the arrest and escort of a flagrant offender by assaulting the police officer, who was on the back of the Defendant, on the suspicion of having inflicted an injury on D, within the patrol vehicle belonging to the police force of the Suwon-gu Police Station, Seowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was on the side of Suwon-si, on the 31st century, on the 31st century, and who was arrested and escorted as an act in the act of committing a crime, such as the above paragraph (1).

4. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) from June 27, 2016 to June 2013, 2016, the 1673 book in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, from around 18:45, to around 20:13, 2016.
